Recap before the weekend
This week started good. Pre tracked every meal from my meamprep. Also tracked everything dinner correctly 🎉.
Tuesday was gym day and I'm still feeling it.
Yesterday was a bit of rest day.
Today was busy. Long meeting and then driving my daughter directly to her training. Used this time to read and wait with my dog. Walked with him 2 longer walks. Now preparing to go to my boxing workout.
Tomorrow will start my me get away weekend. 🎉🥰 I will be eating out and try to track my food like explained in his Q&A.
