Day 40: The Boring Middle
8 weeks to go. Goal: 11% body fat. 78kg. Halfway there.
40 days in. Habits are working - still fixing my sleep. But here's the truth: I'm in the boring middle now.
This is the hard part. Everything feels okay so my brain starts saying change things up, try something new, do something different. But I won't!
I can see what makes this tough for people. We want new things. The same food gets old. The same habits get old.
But I know this from other parts of my life - and from 's example and others here
to stay steady for months and years.
It's not about new. It's about keeping it all going.
Curious - anyone do anything fun to make the boring middle easier without breaking the consistency?
Either way - I'm in. That's what a jacked dad does.
Just being real about how it feels.
