Day 12-15: I see abs 😱
Standing in the bathroom mirror after my haircut a couple days ago and I actually stopped for a second. I can see abs forming. Like, actual definition showing through.
Down 3.31lbs from my highest weight in 2 weeks.
The basics are holding - daily food photos, morning weigh-ins, tracking everything. And it’s working. Just knowing I have to log has killed all the extras - big rice portions, random drinks, mindless snacking. I’m naturally eating less without fighting it.
Started cooking this week to learn calorie counting before I outsource. Recreating my favorite dishes at home has been great - once I build the muscle, my team at home can take over.
Got 2 workouts in. Sleep consistency is up. More energy, more momentum. Honestly? I’m stepping into this whole jacked dad identity.
Been evangelizing too - shared with my sister-in-law (kat), talking with friends about what’s working.
The battle right now: late night hunger. That 10-11pm window is brutal. Can’t work when I’m starving - no flow state. But eating then pushes me to 4 meals. Still cracking this one.
Next up: Solve the late-night problem and keep dialing in fiber.
