Any one know what this is

Towed my 8k boat and trailer out of the water on a steep incline. Four low engaged, didn’t break a sweat. My issue was the trans temp when trying to park the boat and trailer in my yard, crept to 220…. I have an aux coooler in place of the OG setup. Does anyone have experience with adding an electric fan? I do not want to relocate the aux cooler. Trans lines are too expensive IMO. Thoughts for factory location setup with electric fan? I have a mag hytech 727-D trans pan, so extra 1.5L of fluid.Its a 47RE trans with highway gears, though when cruising, no issues, just traffic and no air seem to be the nemesis.

My fummins blew a headgaskets a couple weeks ago. So I yanked the head off it and and found some interesting things so I pulled it out. Here are a few pictures of what I found!
