Currently working on swapping a ve pump 24v into my first gen and have issues had the injectors repoped to 265 bar (stock vp44 nozzles) motor seems to be really doggy and sputters when revving do you have to put bigger nozzles in it to run properly?

I took the original lift pump and took the pushrod out to find it seems a tad longer than the PDD rod. There is a nice rattle inside the old pump. Shown in pictures and video

Here are the true numbers… 2.5” total and 1.25” fan… hopefully it will fit inside the grill and bumper for the Fluidyne Aux Trans cooler.
