Towed my 8k boat and trailer out of the water on a steep incline. Four low engaged, didn’t break a sweat. My issue was the trans temp when trying to park the boat and trailer in my yard, crept to 220…. I have an aux coooler in place of the OG setup. Does anyone have experience with adding an electric fan? I do not want to relocate the aux cooler. Trans lines are too expensive IMO. Thoughts for factory location setup with electric fan? I have a mag hytech 727-D trans pan, so extra 1.5L of fluid.Its a 47RE trans with highway gears, though when cruising, no issues, just traffic and no air seem to be the nemesis.

What year ECM is best for “stand alone” hookup for 2014 cummins isb 6.7 engine? Current ECM cooked. Its a factory 340 hp engine. Looking to do a complete delete and put in a 2006 truck. 2nd question: 2014 Allison 2500 MH 6speed trans with push botton shift, but prefer to have Manuel cable shift and stand alone harness. Any suggestions?

Been reading about the street manners of both organic and ceramic clutches. In the case of high RPM/HP, like merging onto the interstate or having fun off the line every so often, would a organic clutch hold up for long, or just go with the less forgiving ceramic?

Welp, the farm fresh truck, that's my project truck, just took a dump. The clutch smoked worse than the exhaust on acceleration! Looks like a rebuild/upgrade just came sooner than expected! Any suggestions on parts to handle up to 700hp to the wheels would be welcomed. I'm sure the shop will know, be just in case... The rig: 1997 3500 Dually Cummins 12 Valve. All stock, but I'm building an engine for her. Suspension will also be upgraded, mostly from Synergy components. So this is a greenfield build!

The reason for the upgrade to the 35 spline was the twisted 27 spline Suncoast shaft. The pic doesn't do the twist justice lol
