What Makes a Course Successful - Replay Available
What a great session this morning! We talked about: - the role of courses in your Skool community, - why people might not be visiting your classroom, - what makes a successful course, - strategies for monetizing your group, and - questions you can ask yourself to determine if there is room for improvement in your course or community! The entire session was about 50 minutes long with 30 minutes of questions/discussion at the end. ๐™๐™๐™ž๐™จ ๐™ง๐™š๐™ฅ๐™ก๐™–๐™ฎ ๐™ฌ๐™ž๐™ก๐™ก ๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™ก๐™ฎ ๐™—๐™š ๐™–๐™ซ๐™–๐™ž๐™ก๐™–๐™—๐™ก๐™š ๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ก ๐™๐™ง๐™ž๐™™๐™–๐™ฎ ๐™–๐™ฉ ๐™ข๐™ž๐™™๐™ฃ๐™ž๐™œ๐™๐™ฉ ๐™€๐™Ž๐™, so watch it as soon as you can! Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! ๐Ÿ˜‰ This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

#TIPTUESDAY | Your Featured section is your โ€œsilent salespersonโ€
(...most people leave it on random) A lot of people are posting on LinkedIn trying to get visibility...but when someone clicks their profile, thereโ€™s nothing guiding the next step. So they lose warm traffic theyโ€™ve already earned. โœ… Tip: Build a โ€œFeatured Stackโ€ (one action + one proof + one long-form) Instead of stuffing your Featured section with random links, make it a simple stack: 1) One clear action A link that tells people exactly what to do next (join your challenge, download something, book, etc.) 2) One credibility asset Something that shows how you think or the results you help people get (a YouTube walkthrough, case study, carousel, etc.) 3) One deeper relationship builder A podcast episode, longer video, or interview so people can hear your voice and build trust faster. Thatโ€™s it. Simple. Intentional. Easy to maintain. Your posts become the โ€œfront doorโ€โ€ฆโ€ฆbut your Featured section becomes the hallway that leads to your offer so every profile visit has somewhere to go. Quick Q for you...when someone lands on your profile, is the next step obvious in 5 seconds? if not: I teach a simple visibility routine in my free LinkedIn Visibility Challenge which starts again next month - Get inside The LinkedIn Strategy Lab and start working through the starter steps to get you up and running ๐Ÿฅณ

What post in The Classifieds worked for you?
Hi fellow Skoolers! I have to be honest, I have been a lurker in this group for a while because I find it intimidating! I've read the posts with tips about kinds of posts that do best, but I'd love to hear from you personally what you did in a Classifieds post to bring members to your group. Thanks in advance!
