How to use a challenge to build Skool community engagement
I’ve just kicked off the third round of my 28-Day LinkedIn Visibility Challenge inside The LinkedIn Strategy Lab. It’s designed for business owners, community builders, coaches, consultants, and service providers who want to build LinkedIn visibility in a way that feels practical, sustainable, and easier to stick with. What I’ve found is that a well-run challenge does more than just get people posting. It helps members: - Build momentum - Settle into the community more quickly - Stay accountable - Take action without overthinking - Feel part of something while they do it A few things I focus on when running challenges inside my community: - Simple actions people can realistically follow through on - Momentum over perfection - Visible check-ins to support accountability - A clear outcome so people know what they are working towards - Encouragement and support, not pressure Challenges have been one of the most effective ways I’ve found to create energy inside a community, especially when new members are joining and need a clear way to engage. If you run a Skool community and have been thinking about using a challenge or sprint model, I do think they are worth exploring. And if LinkedIn visibility is something you want support with, you can join The LinkedIn Strategy Lab here to explore the community and take part in The LinkedIn Visibility Challenge I’d love to know...are challenges something you already use in your community, or something you want to test?
