On Wednesday, some of the CLASSIFIEDS VIP team is hosting an incredible 7 hour drop-in extravaganza! It's called the water cooler because just like in days of old, it's a place where you can drop in for as short or as long as you want and join in a chat that is already going on. Then, when you have to go and get some work done, you pop out again and carry on with your day. Bored, frustrated, or needing a break? Jump back in and see what the topic has changed to. Each hour of casual banter is hosted by a member of our VIP Collab Action Group and is on a specific theme. There is no teaching or promotion, just good old fashioned chit chat. HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. The CLASSIFIEDS Premium Tier - Everything You Need to Know!
If you are already on the Premium tier and want to know how to make the most of it, or are thinking about upgrading, here is everything you need to know... ⭐️ 🗞️ In the Standard tier, you can post in the community once a day in any category (except for days with a hashtag prompt, then you get an extra post!). There are two kinds of acceptable community posts: "anything" promoting your Skool group, or offers that are free (freebies, free workshops, podcast promotions, your own YouTube channel promotions). You can see the list of categories in the How It Works pinned post. These "rules" are for both standard and premium members. 🌟 🗞️ Now for the additional benefits for Premium members ($3/month or $33/year) 1. Premium members are allowed to put an "ad" in the classroom to advertise anything they want - free or paid. The ad stays up for as long as they are a premium member. Ads rotate weekly. 📰 You can place your ad by creating a draft course in your own community and then copying the course key and sending it to me to copy into the Classifieds. Course keys can be found by going to the thumbnail of the course in your classroom and clicking on the three dots in the top right corner. 2. Premium members also have access to all live events on the calendar. This includes meetups twice a month (called the PERSONALS) and open drop-ins once a month. 📆 The meetups are structured and focus on improving your visibility as well as helping you make connections and foster collaboration. 3. Premium members also have the opportunity to host their own free masterclass for all members on the CLASSIFIEDS calendar. This gives you the chance to provide value to the members and then pitch your group or product at the end. 💵 In order to qualify to host a masterclass, you have to first take my How to Teach a High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass workshop ($27). The next one is being offered on May 12 with doors opening for registration May 9th.. After taking the prerequisite workshop, the first masterclass you offer is of no charge. Subsequent masterclasses that you would like to offer will be subject to a $10 administrative fee.

Have you heard of the Food Addiction Institutes?
Some of us are very familiar with food addiction. There are many viewpoints about it. Some people don’t even consider it a real addiction. Yet, for any of us who have seen our hands keep eating while a voice inside screams “stop!” And “it’s too much!”, we know food addiction is all too real. At this point in my life, I see food addiction as a cry for help, a cry for more nurturing, better self-care. But, there have been times in my life when I saw it as some sort of a curse. Not everyone experiences food addiction , not to the same degree. Yet, most of us can relate to having a little more food than we intended. I currently have greater peace with food than I’ve had in a long time, possibly ever. Intermittent fasting has helped me a lot, by balancing my blood sugar and resetting my dopamine sensors. Emotional resilience tools such as the ones we practice on our calls, from the Stress Eating Solution, help me deal with emotions as they come up so food is not so tempting as an emotional salve. Taking time to relax and soothe my nervous system every single day has been a huge game changer for me as well. The Food Addiction Institute seems like a great resource for anyone who is struggling with food addiction. https://foodaddictioninstitute.org/ They have podcasts on their page filled with education and stories of folks who have overcome food addiction struggles, I believe that one of the best things we can do when we are struggling with something (besides praying to God or your Higher Power, however you define it), is to listen to stories of people who have overcome the same struggle. Sometimes we need a good dose of vitamin H…Hope! If you’re struggling, remember you can always message me , or even make a post in the Thrive community, if that’s doesn’t feel too raw and vulnerable. It can make a big difference to connect with someone who knows on a visceral level what you’re going through.

This is one of those “batten down the hatches, but with grace” weeks. 🌊✨ 🌙 The Empath Astro Weather Report Astrology & Space Weather Translated for Empaths & Sensitive SoulsApril 20 – April 26 Overall Intensity: 🔴 High (Heavy, Disruptive, Transformational) This is one of the more challenging weeks energetically, especially for empaths and highly sensitive people. If your instinct is to pull back, go quiet, or “hide a little,” you’re not imagining it.This is a week to reduce exposure, simplify, and protect your energy. 🌫️ April 20 → Midday April 21 Extended Moon Void of Course (Major Impact) We begin the week with a very long Moon Void of Course, spanning: ➡️ All day April 20 ➡️ Continuing until midday (U.S.) April 21 For sensitives, this can feel like: • emotional fog • low energy or heaviness • lack of motivation • things not “landing” or progressing This is not a time for: • important decisions • detailed planning • initiating anything significant If possible, treat this as a cosmic cocoon period. 🌙 Moon Enters Cancer — April 21 (Midday U.S.) As the Void ends and the Moon moves into Cancer, there may be: • emotional sensitivity rising • a need for comfort and safety • a desire to withdraw or be at home This is a softer landing after the Void, but still tender.
