I Refused To Accept “This Is Just Aging”
Six months before my 40th birthday, I was a mess. I had constant pain in my lower back, shoulders, and stomach. I couldn’t walk more than a mile without my legs starting to ache. I caught some kind of cold almost every month sometimes lasting weeks and most mornings I struggled just going to the toilet. And honestly I dreaded my days. 😔 That was the point where I couldn’t take the suffering anymore and my health journey started. 🚶‍♂️ And let me tell you it's been a journey full of “surely that can’t be right,” moments of disbelief, and more than a few shocks. What I discovered was this: My pain and problems weren’t random, they were the predictable result of living the modern lifestyle, the food I was eating, the sleep I was getting, how I used (and didn’t maintain) my body, and even my constant technology consumption. The worst part? The way I felt was classed as “normal.” Just part of aging. Even though I wasn’t even 40. 🚫 No I refused to accept that. 🚫 Life couldn’t be that unfair that you get 20 decent adult years and then decline for decades. So let me make a few things clear: - Pain and constant suffering are not normal from your 30s onwards. ❌ - Your health problems are not your fault and they can be sorted. ✅ - It is never too late to start getting healthy. ⏳ - The modern lifestyle keeps you trap in suffering and make you think it’s normal. 🧠 - No one is coming to save you, it starts with you. - The modern food industry prioritises mass production and profit not your health. - You have been kept in the dark about this because fixing it would disrupt the food industry too much. If you’re thinking, “It can’t be that bad,” you’re not alone. That’s exactly what I thought. But here’s the good news change is happening. 📈 Research is growing, private investment is going into health and people like me are working to help others escape the modern lifestyle trap.

What a great session this morning! We talked about: - the role of courses in your Skool community, - why people might not be visiting your classroom, - what makes a successful course, - strategies for monetizing your group, and - questions you can ask yourself to determine if there is room for improvement in your course or community! The entire session was about 50 minutes long with 30 minutes of questions/discussion at the end. 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙞𝙙𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙀𝙎𝙏, so watch it as soon as you can! Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? It’s rarely dramatic. Most of the time it happens on an ordinary Tuesday, after an expense clears and the account balance is still fine, but not as comfortable as it was last month. Nothing is technically wrong. There is no emergency. But something inside her shifts anyway. She feels it before she thinks it. The laptop opens almost automatically. A new idea gets outlined. A project that could wait moves up the list. A few extra messages get sent, just in case. From the outside it looks like diligence. From the inside it feels like if she slows down too much, she might miss something important. She would never say she doesn’t trust God. She does. She prays. She tithes. She leads. She believes the right things. And yet her body tightens when the numbers narrow. The deeper desire isn’t more revenue. Not really. It’s the ability to look at uncertainty and remain steady. To let peace stay in the room even when outcomes aren’t guaranteed. To move because she is led, not because she is bracing. That kind of steadiness changes decisions. It changes conversations. It changes the tone of a home. It doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from alignment that runs deeper than strategy. That’s the ground I build inside Kingdom Identity Network. Not hype. Not spiritual performance. But embodied alignment that allows faith to feel lived, not rehearsed. If that steadiness is something you recognize yourself wanting, you’re welcome to step inside.
