That was EPIC!!!
In the words of my friend @Mimi Ramsey today was totally epic!!! Thank you to everyone who participated in the 7-hour long (!) WATER COOLER drop in today. Based on the comments and feedback I have received, it was a total success with a lot of wonderful conversations and connections made. The most astounding thing - conversations were had for the ENTIRE 7 hours!!! Every single time I logged in to see how it was going (which was often!), there were between 3 and 9 people in the call. My hope is that as more and more people hear about the wonderful opportunity that this is, the larger and larger the conversations will get. My apologies to everyone for the mix up with the links at the beginning of the day. We tried something new, and it did not work as anticipated! And if anyone has feedback or suggestions for improvement, I'm all ears. Thanks so much for being a wonderful part of this amazing community - yes, I am talking to you! 😊 @Traci Poe @Jing Wang @Diana Frank @Sybil Hall @Kevin Gebert @Sondra Verva @Mimi Ramsey Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to contribute and share your skills in such a wonderful way!
That was EPIC!!!

The CLASSIFIEDS' Official Partner - Skooly
Since you are a Skool group owner, this is one to pay attention to. Raise your hand if you’ve ever: - wondered which of your links are actually getting clicked - wanted to know if members are doing your courses without checking one by one - wished you could automatically DM new members when they join - needed voice notes in Skool but didn’t want to pay for Loom 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘆 - 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗗𝗦 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 (please note that this is not a paid sponsorship but a genuine partnership). Skooly is a Chrome extension and community built to support Skool group owners, and it offers tools that can make running your group a whole lot easier and more effective. It was built by Skool Games winner, the amazing @Joe DeFilippo and it is designed for the kinds of things group owners actually need help with, not fluff, not busywork, but practical features that help you better understand what is happening inside your community and save time behind the scenes. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks, and it has honestly changed how I run my community. Not only that, but Joe is absolutely incredible with how quickly he interates and adds to the software as well as how responsive he is in his community. It's no wonder he has won the Skool games. Just being in his community is a great example of how to engage your members! If you are trying to grow your group, better understand member behaviour, simplify your systems, or just make community management less clunky, Skooly is well worth a look. Check it out here! __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Footnote: Because I want to be transparent and fair, this is not a change to our #FriendFriday rule. #FriendFriday is still where members share affiliated groups. This is different because Skooly is an official partner resource I’m choosing to highlight because I believe it offers real value to Skool group owners in this community.

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS. Most of the time, we present our offers inside our own niche.
We talk to the people who already found us, or we search for those people where we think they hang out. This is a different mechanism: You show your community and your love for the Skool Platform to Skoolers and their audiences who already hang out on Skool. They just never landed in your world. You already built the mechanism. Now it needs one room where the right people can see it. You have: - An onboarding sequence that keeps new members active. - A weekly check-in that gets people to show up. - A challenge structure that fills your community month after month. That is the work. The rest is distribution. Instead of chasing visibility all over Skool, come put your mechanism in a room where owners from every Skool category are sharing what works. The Skool Accelerator Event (May 18-22 Edition) runs inside The Calm Engine. You show up once. You contribute one working mechanism. You walk away with subscribers from audiences you have never been in front of. Then you go back to your own community and keep the wheel turning. Comment TURN if you want in, and I will find my way to you. Submissions for May are now open. Turn the Wheel. 🔄
