Sunday night is the best time to be honest with yourself, because you haven't started the next lot of excuses yet.
Three questions, answered properly:
- What did I do differently this week compared to last week? If the answer is nothing, don't expect a different result.
- Which conversation would I replay if I could? The one you keep thinking about is usually the one with the lesson in it.
- What's the one thing I'm changing on Monday? One, not five.
If those are hard to answer, that's useful to know.
This is the sort of thing we work on in Direct Sales Mastery. It's for salespeople who've plateaued and can't see why. Openings, questions, objections, closes.
Which of the three do you find hardest?
