#WinWednesday, 7Steps To Habits That Stick
Celebrating the ladies who took the "7 Steps To Habits That Stick" over in The Skoolers Library. We all came out of it with an amazing new habit that has stuck already and we have continued on and will continue growing on. 7 easy steps we all built on each day, taking it slowly but surely and it was a magical method to make a habit stick and it was so simple, but effective, From One Lady. This week, I've proven to myself that I *can* get up earlier and make time for the Miracle Morning routine—silence/meditation; reading out affirmations; visualizing what I want and how I'll achieve it; 20-30 minutes of exercise (which I have yet to do); reading personal or professional development books and articles; and "scribing," or writing my morning pages. I'm committed to continuing to get up early, and this week, I'm going to add in exercise FIRST so I don't get sidetracked and decide not to do it at all. That's been my biggest hurdle—I hate doing it. But no more excuses! I can make time for it and I can fit it in; I just need to actually *do* it. This past week has been surprisingly eye-opening to me as I implement this process and read through this book. Your series couldn't have come at a better time for me, @Heather Wilson! Thanks so much for posting these every day and holding us accountable. From Another. Seeing my progress on this new habit makes me feel really proud of myself. From Another The identity piece is so powerful. We have to see ourselves a certain way before we become that way. That’s where the big shift comes from ✨
