We are doing an ongoing challenge where we do 100 minutes of cardio per week, broken down whichever way you want. It can be walking, jogging, swimming, jumping, biking, whatever you vibe with.
Then, we share our thoughts on how we did every Sunday.
No proof is needed but highly encouraged to keep the accountability.☺️
There is no deadline (hence the name 😝).
