@Faith Adebayo yes, I was in the same boat and jumped right into working out harder thinking it would fix it. By the end of the challenge they should have more confidence in themselves and learned about core strength and stability.
Here’s the part no one talks about 😲
This might surprise you. 😳 Sometimes we don’t stop because things aren’t working. We stop because they are. When things start to click, when momentum builds, when something actually feels like it could work, It can feel unfamiliar. And unfamiliar feels unsafe. So what happens? We pull back. We distract ourselves. We start questioning everything. We slow down or stop completely. Not on purpose. But because our system is trying to bring us back to what feels normal. Even if “normal” is being stuck. But here’s the part that changed everything. Once you understand this, you stop fighting yourself. And there’s actually a simple way to work with it instead of against it. That’s where things start to shift.
