Give yourself two minutes right now to take stock of your daily best practices. Here are some ideas to help you notice:
- Drinking water in the morning.
- Eating breakfast without electronics.
- Flossing. Making the bed.
- Cleaning for 20 minutes a day.
- Reading before sleep.
- Outdoor check-ins. Garden strolls.
- Bare feet. Daily breathing.
Notice what you've added. It might be three minutes of walking, a weekly connection with a friend, or a phone-free habit of getting the mail. Whatever it is, notice and celebrate!
