This question came up in the Classifieds this week: “Does it ever feel like some people just have it?” They open a community & bam 💥 they’re killing it! Here’s what I’ll say before the workshop starts: It’s almost never magic.🪄 It’s signal. 📡 Most people are posting consistently. Most people are putting in effort. But effort without structure doesn’t compound. Inside today’s session, we’re breaking down: - Why daily activity doesn’t automatically drive membership - The difference between engagement posts and recruitment posts - What AEO/SEO actually means inside a public Skool community - How 3–4 structured posts can outperform 30 scattered ones - The simple shifts that make AI and search engines understand who you’re for If you’ve been logging in every day… If you’re building the habit… If you’re wondering why the numbers aren’t reflecting the effort yet… This is for you. We’re not adding more activity. We’re sharpening the signal. 11am CST. Come get your posts working harder.

Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

How do I get more people into my skool group?
By focusing less on tools and methods and more on these three things. 😬 Speaking their human language, not jargon and fluff words, that my ideal client is think at 2am when they are spiraling… I promise you they aren’t saying “I wish I had an accountability framework” “if only I had a mindset mastery course” “I want 6 pack abs in 30 days or less” 😝 Infusing my personality into my text copy… cause there is only one of me in the world, and it’s what sets my group apart from everyone else’s in the same niche. 🚀 Making sure my images and text copy is mobile friendly, which means no hugs blocks of text, no run over with bullet points, and those reviews in images are actually readable on mobile. If you need some help with the above, we have an about page tool called the FAFO tool in our free Fix your Funk community that helps you get all this and more squared away. It takes what’s normally an ego death experience and makes it bearable, and gives you the results for easy copy and pasting to your about page that’s unlike anything you have ever gotten from a chat bot before 😉

This Workshop Is About SEO for The Classifieds (And Why I Didn't Say That Until Now)
Okay, you caught me. 😅 Remember that PSA @Shannon Boyer posted about the CLASSIFIEDS being a public group? The one where she explained that everything here is indexed by Google? Yeah... that was the setup. Because here's what I didn't tell you in the original workshop announcement: The workshop on January 30 is 100% about SEO for public Skool groups. It's about making your Skool posts discoverable. Getting your community found by people searching Google for what you offer. Understanding why some posts show up in search results and others disappear into the void. That's literally search engine optimization. But I didn't call it that in the announcement. And now you're probably wondering why. 🤫Here's why I kept it vague: If I had named it "SEO for Skool Workshop," here's what would've happened: Some of you would've thought: • "I already know SEO. This isn't for me." (and you'd miss how it applies specifically to Skool) • "SEO sounds too technical. I'm not ready for that." (even though this is beginner-friendly) • "I don't care about Google. I just want to network." (but you're missing organic growth opportunities) And ALL of those people would've disqualified themselves before even hearing what I have to share. So I called it "Make Your CLASSIFIEDS Posts Work Harder for You." Same workshop. Same valuable content. Just... less intimidating. More inclusive. But now the cat's out of the bag. 🐱 And honestly? I'm glad. Because after Shannon posted that PSA, I dropped this comment: > "And THIS is why you want to be at the workshop on January 30th!!!" Here's what this "SEO for Skool" workshop actually covers: ✅ How to make your Classifieds posts discoverable on Google (without feeling like a tech nerd) ✅ Why some posts get found by people searching for solutions weeks later—and others vanish ✅ What I have discovered from analyzing 100+ CLASSIFIEDS posts and rating them for discoverability

Skool Community Not Engaging? Start Here.
Skool owners… quick gut check. If your community technically works, but isn’t becoming as relational as you expected, you’re probably not imagining it. You’re posting. You’re showing up. You’re doing the right things… and yet it still feels a little cold. Transactional. Like people are present, but not really with each other. Members join, but they don’t jump in. They consume, but they don’t share. Conversations happen, but the relationships don’t deepen. And if you care about the people you built this space for, that part is even more frustrating. This is usually the moment people realize the structure is there… but the connection isn’t growing the way they hoped. Listen.... I’m opening a few paid Community Reviews for Skool communities. This isn’t coaching. You don't need a rebuild. It's one tiny tweak... This is one focused working session where we look at one specific friction point inside your community and identify what’s breaking momentum right now. I’m not coming in to give you prompts or content ideas. I’m looking at how your community is teaching people to participate… or not. What gets rewarded. What gets ignored. What quietly trains people to wait instead of lead. Most issues aren’t about doing more. They’re about order, load, and how the system is training people to interact or not. I’m good at spotting the thing you’ve adapted to… but your members are reacting to. I wrote up the full details here 👇 MOCKUP You’ll know pretty quickly if this applies to you. (Keeping this limited on purpose so it stays focused.)
