Mine's so easy, as I mentioned it somewhere else a couple of days ago. I've had to re-think the entire mindset I developed in 40 years of corporate slavery.
"Get it right first time" is now "make mistakes, build and develop"
"Be a leader, be the boss" is now "make friends and learn together"
