Mine's so easy, as I mentioned it somewhere else a couple of days ago. I've had to re-think the entire mindset I developed in 40 years of corporate slavery. "Get it right first time" is now "make mistakes, build and develop" "Be a leader, be the boss" is now "make friends and learn together"

A very short time later I, a lifelong stamp collector, decided to start selling my duplicates online to make a few bucks. That's almost 30 years ago, and since then I've learnt every trick in the book to maximise sales and profit. I'm now a professional stamp dealer and I only deal online. No fairs, no exhibitions, no bricks and mortar. My health has been what you'd generously call "challenging" of late, and it occurred to me that I have a wealth of knowledge about online selling that I can share in a practical way. Most eBay sellers make little or no money not because of a lack of knowledge of stamps, but the lack of knowledge of the best way to maximise return.
