Have you ever started a new fitness plan feeling SUPER motivated?
You're working out. Eating better. Finally feeling like you're back on track.
Then life happens.
A kid gets sick. Work gets busy. You miss a workout. Dinner is whatever you can throw together.
And then you blame yourself.
But maybe consistency isn't actually your problem.
Sometimes the problem is the plan you're trying to be consistent WITH.
If your routine only works when you have plenty of time and a perfectly organized week… it's probably not going to survive real mom life.
Sometimes progress looks like:
A 10-minute workout instead of 45.
Or getting some protein at dinner instead of eating "perfectly."
Consistency isn't never falling off. It's getting really good at coming back.
That's a big part of what we work on inside the Strong Core Moms community. Helping moms rebuild their core, get stronger and work toward their fitness goals in a way that can actually fit around kids, work and LIFE.
If you've been trying to figure all of this out alone, you're welcome to come hang out with us.
And I'm curious: What usually knocks YOU off your routine? Time? Kids? Work? Food? Exhaustion?
