I've been hunting for a summer fragrance for a while now, and the search has not been kind. Polo 67 has earned itself a stay of execution on that search — at least for this summer. This opens fresh, soft, and well-blended with a light sweetness that doesn't overstay its welcome. It's tropical and citrusy without veering into sunscreen territory, which at this price point is frankly more than you have a right to expect. The wood and earth notes sit quietly underneath, doing exactly what they're supposed to — grounding the fragrance and giving it staying power without pulling focus from the lightness up top. Longevity lands at a solid five to six hours with a generous application, which for a summer fragrance in this category is respectable. Spray lightly and you'll be disappointed. Spray with conviction and it delivers. The real story here is the value. This is an inexpensive fragrance that doesn't smell like one, and it works across the board — casual, dressed up, day, evening. Summer has a lot of occasions and this handles all of them without complaint. If you've been striking out on your summer fragrance search, start here before you spend more money somewhere else.

This is a true sneak peek. Iris Debonaire isn’t even launching until Fall 2026, but thanks to some friends with the right hookup, I was able to get my hands on a very early sample. Most of the boutiques and SA’s aren’t even talking about this yet. Onto my impressions. After wearing it, I think Creed has a winner on their hands. I think they’ve really stepped up their game with their last few releases. Does that justify the retail price, we’ll have to see, but it’s nice to see them elevate their game again. The opening has a bit of a peppery kick, but it doesn’t stick around long. Within a few minutes it settles into a really refined iris with that smooth, powdery orris character. If you’re familiar with Dior Homme or Dior Homme Intense, you’ll probably pick up on some similarities early on, but this definitely starts carving out its own identity as it develops. As it dries down, the florals brighten things up and there’s a creamy sweetness that keeps everything feeling polished without becoming overly sweet. It smells really expensive, transitions beautifully, and has the quality you’d expect from Creed. My big hesitation is timing. Here in Arizona, this is definitely a seasonal wear for me. Once we get into late October through early March, I think it’ll be fantastic, with the occasional cooler evening wear through April. If you live somewhere with a milder or colder climate, though, I think you’re going to get a lot more wear out of it than I will. Thankfully this fragrance doesn’t launch for another 2-3 months, in time for Arizona to be cooling down a bit. Now the real question. Will I be buying a bottle? At full retail, around $500, I’m going to pass. I like it, but not enough to justify that price. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for a tester or waiting until it starts showing up at the discounters. Overall, I’m really impressed. I don’t think it’s reinventing the iris genre, but it’s a very well done take that feels polished, high quality, and unmistakably Creed. If you’re an iris fan, this is one to keep on your radar.

Unisex but radiates fun and joy. • Seasons: Prime time is spring and summer — it shines brightest in warm weather, beach days, and hot sunny vibes. You can pull it off in early fall too if you want that tropical escape, and I think this can be worn year round. It’s definitely a warm-weather superstar but versatile enough for any season. • My Take as a Huge Fan: You guys already know I’m obsessed with Lorenzo Pazzaglia’s work and blind buy everything he drops, but Tropikalys Karma is next level genius! This one takes tropical fruits to an entirely different dimension — absolute perfection. I tried Gin Fusion as well and it is also top tier and blind buy worthy, but that’s for another post. Last night I wore it at Pier 39 Fisherman’s Wharf with my significant other. The waiters and waitresses could not stop smelling me — it was hilarious. Then I looked toward the back of the restaurant and there was Lorenzo eating with two other guys. I didn’t want to interrupt his dinner so I said nothing to the staff. What a crazy small-world moment! He and his company are completely humble and fantastic people — good-hearted, kind, and all-around gentlemen. His passion really shows through his interactions!!!
