I ordered one of their products directly, due to some specials they provided the M+ Discovery set (6x8.5mil $115 value), and two other 8.5 mil samples you could pick. I messed up on one of my sample choices, immediately sent in a support email explainig my error since the discovery kit provided one of the scents I selected. The rep noted, they would get another sample in since they couldn't just swap them out with the order in progress. I noted I had a couple of their scents and was building up my collection so I was excited for the discovery set and samples. I assumed the order was coming from England (since it was a flat international shipping cost $5). A week goes by, no tracking for the shipment. I emailed support. Same rep responds, say it was an error on her side and she would see to it, it got processed and out the door. She would throw in some extra samples. Received the package today, the two boxes were the fragrance and the discovery set, and two of the larger samples were the original..Nice thing is their new Champaca (which is a very interesting flower from India) was provided (and a cosmetic bag). I love when a company makes amends for their error and I made sure the follow-up survey reflected my appreciation for their rep Hannah.
