Here is a very affordable alternative to a very well known niche fragrance, and to be fare, this rather enjoyable. It was so good that a sample was turned into a full bottle.This is a bold, luxurious, and highly addictive scent with a rich, boozy, and spicy character. The opening is spicy and boozy. The Cinnamon is warm and prominent, paired with a rich, slightly sweet Rum note, giving it a comforting, liquorish warmth.heart quickly introduces the deep, sophisticated richness of Tobacco, which is smoky but often described as sweet (like pipe tobacco). Sandalwood adds a creamy, velvety woodiness, and Hedione provides a subtle floral lift and smoothness. The dry-down is long-lasting and luxurious, emphasizing the creamy Sandalwood and the lingering, sweet, and smoky warmth of the Tobacco and Rum accord. This is on the runaway train heading towards beastly territory for me, 8+ hours on skin, with a few days on the hoody. It projects quite well and leaves a very noticable scent trail. I've heard that caution is needed when spraying, I say throw caution to the wind and enjoy it. A cold weather, winter wear classic for me, perfect for nights out. My first order, after watching a handful of YouTube influencers (mostly Justin Copeland), was: - Moustache EDP by Rochas - Individuel by Montblanc - Brioni EDP Eclat - Aimez Moi Comme Je Suis by Caron I think I spent about $230 and my wife was not all that happy wondering why I needed SO MANY bottles! During the past year, I have learned some very interesting history (e.g. Egyptians/Cleopatra, Marco Polo, the de Medici family, the French and other European countries, etc etc). During the early summer, I had the good fortune to find the House of Dubai and the House of Niche in the Rosemont shopping mall, where I met my man in fragrance, Aftab. Aftab is single-handedly responsible for my addiction to all those niche/polarizing frags. During the year I met a few of you in person; @Jamal Moore , @Paul Bartnicki , @Antonio O.
