#sotd... Atlantis Extrait by French Avenue... This is the perfect summer time fragrance. Don't get me wrong, this could be pulled off all year. Atlantis Extrait is a heavy watermelon fragrance with a noticeable coconut note being present. Those two notes is what takes over this fragrance. For being a fresh fragrance, this is a beast. Great projection and longevity. I went 8 hours before refreshing and at that time I was still smelling it on my skin but being more of a skin scent at that time. Definitely still strong on my shirt. I am giving this a 10 out of 10. I am extremely curious if this gets even better in time which is the case with the others in this line.

Still one of my favourite Arabian fragrances. Bawadi stands out from the crowd & is distinctivly identifiable. Asdaaf, a subbrand of Lattafa Perfumes. It was released in early 2020 and it's the one scent I can recognize a mile away. It's an Oriental Spicy, with elements of wood, floral & gourmand notes. The fragrance opens with a bold and warm burst of spices. Cinnamon is the most prominent, with its sweet sweet & spicy aroma The saffron adds a luxurious, slightly leathery, honeyed nuance. Nutmeg gives a woody/aromatic touch, whilst the orange lends a citrusy brightness that helps to lift the initial intensity. As the top notes fade, the heart of the fragrance emerges. The floral notes of orchid & lavender add a delicate yet elegant character, with orchid bringing a creamy/exotic scent & lavender adding a fresh herbal undertone. Chamomile softens & soothes while the continued presence of spices maintains the fragrance's warmth & depth. The dry down is where Bawadi truly shines, with a rich blend of notes. Vanilla & caramel create a sweet gourmand foundation, while amber provides a warm, resinous depth. The mix of Oud & sandalwood add a smoky/woody complexity, patchouli adds that earthy, slightly spicy finish. This is an amazing fragrance that really stands out for me. Performance is beast mode an easy 9hrs on skin, if it transfers onto clothes, it will be stuck there all week, it's even survived a spin in the washing machine. Definitely a winter wear, it will cut through the deepest chill. Spray sparingly, a little goes a long way here. If you like that sweet floral oud scent profile, then this is for you.
