I know we all love getting them and for some of us it’s more than others. Let’s jump into some reasons why that is. Personally I must receive compliments on my fragrance daily. Not to be boastful but One of the main factors is my job. As a service technician I must encounter anywhere from 3-500 different people per month working my normal routes. I firmly believe the law of averages plays a huge part in that. The more people I encounter the more opportunities I have to be noticed on my scent. Not to mention I always carry the bottle of whatever I’m wearing for the day in my work vehicle and constantly refresh. Probably every hour on the hour. For me it’s somewhat easy because I’m always in someone’s home or workplace leaving me in close proximity of that person anywhere from 10-30 minutes depending on the job, sometimes longer. My usual gimmick is that “nobody likes a smelly exterminator” so I always smell good. So not only do I make them laugh with that one but I smell good too. I can only assume that someone with a typical M-F 9-5 sees the same people everyday and although compliments can still easily be obtained the broad scope of different or newer people commenting is very limited. What do we think in terms of these metrics regarding compliments? Is it more than just being around more people frequently and keeping those strong fragrance openings fresh and projecting, or is there something else I’m missing? Love to hear your thoughts.

Last day of our Staycation at Disney so I decided to wear a fragrance from my favorite Disney boutique. This is a sweet, powdery, and aromatic scent that just wears very well.
