🔥 UPCOMING INTERVIEW 🔥 I am incredibly excited to announce that I will be conducting an interview soon with Perfumer Alex Lee of Alex Lee Fragrances! In the meantime, I want to introduce you all to a scent that has completely taken over my rotation: NIGHTWING. If you are a comic book fan, reader, or collector, you already know the massive importance of this character and his legendary place in the DCU. If you aren't familiar, just know that Alex Lee is a huge fan (as am I), and this independent fragrance was deeply inspired by the hero himself. (If you want to dive into his lore, just Google him!) I could go on forever about how cool Nightwing is, but let’s get into what you’re really here for—the fragrance review. I’ve tested this on blotter strips before and loved it, but today was my first full-body wear. This isn't your typical, cheap, corporate-produced comic book tie-in with weird marketing. This is pure passion from an independent fragrance maker who loves the character so much he even utilized the nostalgic "Batman & Robin" movie logo from the George Clooney era. I absolutely admire that creative energy. The Scent Profile - First Sniff: A striking blend of patchouli mixed with bright fruits, smooth wood, and warm notes. - The Persona: It speaks perfectly to Nightwing's alter ego, Dick Grayson. I picture him wearing this standing next to Bruce Wayne, both dressed casually but sharply in suits. - Versatility: This is an incredible all-weather scent. It performs beautifully in warm weather and remains subtle and sophisticated in the cold. Performance & Impact - Longevity: Exceptional. I am currently five hours into my wear, and it still smells as fresh as if I just sprayed it. Reaction It's one hell of a head turner and an instant conversation starter. Most importantly, it's just an incredibly uplifting wear. There are more from this maker I'll be sharing as my SOTD's.
