Poll: Best Side of Oud
Oud is one of the boldest notes in fragrance - but it wears differently depending on how it’s blended. Some guys love it smoky and dark. Others prefer it sweet and smooth. And a few go for that medicinal punch only oud can deliver. 👉 Vote below: Which oud note wins for you - smoky, sweet, or medicinal? Drop a comment with your favorite fragrance that nails it.

2 bad jokes... Funny/not funny...
So real quick I was thinking about a time two separate instances when I got compliments.. The first instance was a coworker said that I smelled great and she asked what I was wearing so I told her "Y" and she said she wanted to know and I repeated again "Y", finally realizing how it sounded I told her it's called YSL Y. Second instance something similar happened, the coworker said I smell good and she asked the name of the fragrance and then I told her Mslfy, to which there was a similar exchange as noted earlier. My question today is has anyone had any similar experiences with a certain name of cologne or otherwise that led to brief awkwardness...

SOTD: Day Three Desert Rain
#11 from the set. This opens up with a nice aromatic note I’m guessing from the cactus blossom and juniper with a hint of spice from the bergamot. As it hits the mid notes I get more aromatics from the sage and green tea. Very nice smelling in the mid. As it gets to the base it becomes very woody with a touch of leather. I really enjoy the sandalwood note (my favorite wood). Overall this a a great classy fresher fragrance I think can be worn every season except winter. Longevity is good with about 6 hours for me with decent projection of about 1.5-2 feet. Full bottle worthy to me. So that makes 6/11 for full bottles. I will say that I enjoy Amber Dominicano and Bani a little bit more. Tough decisions ahead on which bottle to buy first.
