Monday – 30 min calisthenics strength + 5 min animal flow
Tuesday – 1 h gym strength (lower body)
Wednesday – 30 min calisthenics strength
Thursday – 30 min mobility
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Rainy day, couldn’t go for a walk as planned ☔️
Sunday – 1 h gym (upper body) + 15 min treadmill + 45 s bar hang
