  • Monday – 30 min calisthenics strength + 5 min animal flow
  • Tuesday – 1 h gym strength (lower body)
  • Wednesday – 30 min calisthenics strength
  • Thursday – 30 min mobility
  • Friday – Rest
  • Saturday – Rainy day, couldn’t go for a walk as planned ☔️
  • Sunday – 1 h gym (upper body) + 15 min treadmill + 45 s bar hang
