🎄 DECEMBER STEP CHALLENGE! 🎄
Happy Friday Team! 🎉 Last weekend of November… which means DECEMBER 1st is on Monday!! 🎄 To kick off the Christmas period, we’re launching a December Step Challenge for the whole month with two flexible challenges to choose from: Option 1 - Merry Movers > goal of 350,000 steps throughout the month Option 2 - Holiday Hustlers (Runners only!) For those wanting an extra push… goal is still 350,000 but running steps DO NOT count. All steps must be from walking only to burn those extra cals🚶‍♂️⚡ Who’s joining us to stay active, burn calories and head into Christmas feeling amazing?! As I was quiet on here last week thought I would add my own share from last week
So it is the season to be having parties and social gatherings for Christmas Me and my mates have one every year and it is always a blow out Lots of drink, plenty of food and then even more drinks....wellll out of my comfort zone 🤣 And it zapped my energy the next day and then all week But this is where your reason why 💪, killer habits 💪, world class basics 💪(whatever you want to call it) HAVE to kick in I was tired alllllll week. But when it was time to train (I have when I train booked in my phone diary) I trained We are doing the step challenge so even though 1 of my running days, my actual steps was only 2k....I made sure I got over 12k average for the week I had LOADS of calories on Saturday, so I made sure to plan my calories each evening for the next day throughout the week We should make memories and be Merry this time of year...BUT...we should always put the work in when we have to I was so so tired all week, but I didn't want to miss ticking my boxes The Phrase show up regardless has stuck with me for a long time and helps me get it done Whats your mindset or habits you are planning to use to get it done around the Christmas socials?

Tough week.
This week has been a tough one — I haven’t been feeling 100% thanks to TOTM, and with my work Christmas party, I haven’t been as consistent as I’d like, especially with tracking. That said, today I’m setting myself up for success for the week ahead: • Scheduling my gym sessions in my calendar • Steps, steps, steps every day, rain or shine • Getting back to tracking my food daily • Prepping lunches for the week The lead-up to Christmas is all about maintenance mode. Staying on track, focusing on small wins, and showing up for myself each day is the goal 💪✨
