Only time I personally ever listen to music is on the bike, but generally listening to podcast or audiobooks. Any recommendations? 73 days out from Abu Dhabi marathon for me 18km low heart rate run boxed off for me and what a morning for it!

Well it’s not only for today. But I’m looking forward to get back home so I can get my meal prep on point. I’m looking for new recipes to try out. With a bit of soreness from my new workout Monday and a session at berry’s yesterday I finished the 2000m rowing at 8.42. So there are room for improvement. First attempt I quit at 1000m with 4.12, it felt like my legs was giving in 😅
