First week of January..
Looking back at my first full week of January, it definitely wasn’t perfect by any means—especially after being ill straight after Christmas and needing some extra time to fully feel better. That said, I’m really proud of how the week went overall. Last week, I managed to get back to the gym and tick off a sessions, and I played my first game of netball in many, many years, which felt like a big win. I also prepared my lunches for the week and got back into eating regular meals, while slowly increasing my daily step count. This coming week is going to be a busy one, but I’m doing my best to stay prepared and organised. Plans for the week ahead: - Lunches prepped ✅ - Dinners planned out for week - Netball training – Monday night - Netball game – Wednesday night - Gym sessions planned – Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday - Aim for 8–10k daily steps Feeling motivated and focused going into the week ahead.
WORLD-CLASS BASICS. DONE WELL.
Not chasing extremes. Not forcing volume. Not trying to “win” every day. Just showing up and executing the fundamentals really well. Over the next 6–8 weeks, my personal goal is simple: 👉 Drop 4–5kg and sit around 80–81kg. But I’m not chasing the outcome. I’m focused on the process... because when the process is right, the result takes care of itself. For me, that looks like: - Training booked and completed (no negotiation) - Calories planned the night before - not guessed - Similar food eaten each day to remove desions. - 4-6k steps done before starting my day, plus an evening walk to wind down. - Sleep and recovery are respected. Get to sleep before 10:30 pm This applies whether you’re: - cutting fat - maintaining - rebuilding consistency - or just trying to feel better day to day The goal doesn’t matter as much as the standards you live by. So use today to set yourself up for success this week. 👉 What ONE basic are you committing to executing better this week?(Training? Steps? Planning meals? Sleep?) Comment on it below, then go and do it. Simple works. Consistency wins. World-class basics build world-class results. 🔥

For me the one basic I’m focusing on is my steps. Steps has been one fundamental I’ve struggled with lately , so from Monday I’m planning on leaving my car at home and walking to/from work to up the steps and push myself to get between 8-10k

Wish you guys a very merry Christmas and here to a great 2026!!
Tough week.
This week has been a tough one — I haven’t been feeling 100% thanks to TOTM, and with my work Christmas party, I haven’t been as consistent as I’d like, especially with tracking. That said, today I’m setting myself up for success for the week ahead: • Scheduling my gym sessions in my calendar • Steps, steps, steps every day, rain or shine • Getting back to tracking my food daily • Prepping lunches for the week The lead-up to Christmas is all about maintenance mode. Staying on track, focusing on small wins, and showing up for myself each day is the goal 💪✨
What’s your favorite Christmas food?
Let’s settle the debate it’s 100% mince pies and I won’t be suede on this! 😂
