Next live 5 day challenge announcement + New AI experience
Hey everyone, Jim here. Three things announced today. 1. The next 5-Day Challenge kicks off August 31: Free, live, and rebuilt from the ground up. This is the best version we've ever run. Save your spot here. Then do the part that actually decides whether you show up. Open your own calendar, block the hour on all five days, and set two reminders. For brains like ours, if it's not in the calendar it doesn't exist. Do it now, while this post is still on your screen. It takes two minutes. 2. Still finishing something something? You have until July 20 ⚠️ If you're working through the ADHD Focus Reset or the current 5-Day Challenge, they stay open through Monday July 20. After that everything closes until August 31. 3. New onboarding, and a new AI experience: The ADHD Operating Manual. The first section is free for every member, so you can try it before you decide. The full version is $27 right now instead of $99. Temporary. And that $27 is one single payment, no subscription. It also opens the chat with my AI twin: three messages a day, every day, all the way until the challenge starts on August 31. Ask it why you keep doing that one thing, and it answers with everything it already knows about you from your own reports. So tell me where you're at. Vote in the poll, it takes one tap. And if you're coming August 31, type a comment below and include the word: CHALLENGE and let us know how excited you are 🥳 With love, 💛 Jim

**🥪 CONFESSIONS OF A HUMAN SANDWICH FILLING**
This week I got handed a job title I never applied for: **the meat in a triple-decker sandwich.** Me in the middle. A Commercial Director on one side, a CTO on the other, the CEO up top. Full accountability for quality and delivery, with roughly the authority of the pickle. 🥒 My ADHD brain did what it does best: went STRAIGHT to catastrophe. Three days of spiralling, rehearsing my resignation in the shower, and deep-cleaning a cupboard instead of solving the actual problem. 🧽 So I dumped the whole mess on my AI coach, (JT) and instead of letting me marinate in the drama, it said the thing that stopped the spiral: *"Debz, this isn't a you problem. It's a role-design problem."* Reader, I felt SEEN. 👁️ Because here's the kicker: I've spent 30 years mapping who-owns-what for other people's organisations. Drawing the clean lines. Turning chaos into clarity. And I'd never once done it for myself. So we did. Scoped the boundaries. Named the white spaces. Built a "support first, status last" plan instead of me panicking. And by the end I wasn't the filling anymore. I was the one holding the recipe. 👩‍🍳 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻: 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝘆𝗲𝘁. An ADHD brain in an undefined space will fill it with pure, uncut anxiety. So define the space. I walk into the big alignment meeting Monday with two clean documents and my dignity mostly intact. Wish me luck. 💛 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻: where are YOU carrying the accountability but nobody handed you the authority? Name your sandwich in the comments. 👇🥪 ---

Does anyone else think in pictures?
I’ve been noticing lately just how much my brain thinks in pictures. When people explain something to me I usually see an image, an analogy or a metaphor that helps it make sense. It happens all the time when I’m coaching. Someone will be talking through something that feels messy or complicated and suddenly I’ll get an image and ask, “Can I share what I’m seeing?” 🧐 For a long time I just thought this was one of those things my brain does, but I’m beginning to realise it’s actually one of the things I really value about the way my brain works. I may not always be great with linear, step-by-step thinking, or spreadsheets 😅 but I am good at seeing connections and joining the dots in pictures. Maybe it’s one of my ADHD superpowers. Anyone else relate?

Question re App
Hi..I see on one of my many searches for a fix, I am already registered with Skool 🤣🤣 I just onboarded for the Challenge last night, bought the Operating Manual and have the report. I didn't realise the further discussion about how to access things was my 3 daily questions until I got cut off.. I can't find information or where to ask about the program now so sorry has to be here.. Is it a 24hr hour gap between the sets of questions or are days based on timezone?? Like my last AI convo was around 7.30pm last night and when I tried checking in this morning (which was my no 1 task each day )I was told I had used up my questions. It is not greatly helpful for me to have to wait all day to get the coach to help me with my day.. We are 10 hours ahead of Sweden if that is a factor?
