This post is just for (aspiring) practitioners
I'm sharing this here because I know many of you in this community are stuck around career/purpose/starting a business. I decided to share this here as well, to help some of you who are ready for the next step. I want to make healing more accessible through technology. So many of you are already getting real help from Harmony AI, and we want to give other practitioners the opportunity to use AI technology to help even more people too get benefits from this. If you're a (aspiring) coach, therapist, healer, or consultant or anything in between, who is great at the work but stuck on the business side, I'm opening the doors to something new. It's called Innersights Founders Cohort. 8 weeks, done with you. We extract your framework (even if you don't have one yet), build your AI assessment, train a digital twin in your voice, and ship the funnel. The same system as ADHD Harmony (but, of course, fully tailored to your target audience). Now available for 10 practitioners. There are 5 spots left. Doors close Mon May 11. Full breakdown, the walkthrough video, and checkout: http://go.innersights.io/

🚨 15 spots left - Tracy's 6 week transformation
@Tracy Weiss is 66. She has a master's in counseling. Graduated summa c** laude. She's a life coach and a therapist herself. She's survived two serious brain injuries. Spent a decade with brain injury specialists, ADHD specialists, productivity specialists. She's tried 18 different productivity systems. Paid $35,000 to spend a month at the Mayo Clinic. None of it stuck. When she walked into Cohort 2, she'd been in her new house for 8 months. Still living out of boxes. Her art studio (the thing that matters most to her in the world) had become a dumping room. She hadn't opened a single box in there. She was on the couch eating popcorn at midnight. Watching whole series in one night. Convinced her brain injuries had broken her for good. I just rewatched my closing interview with her and I can't stop thinking about what she said. "I've worked with life coaches, therapists, neurologists, brain injury specialists. None of them helped me the way this program has." "This is not a program to finish. This is a practice." "I think your program is worth more than $10,000." She said all of this on camera. Unprompted. In front of the cohort. If you've been telling yourself you've tried everything, Tracy actually had. Decades of it. Real credentials. Real money. Real specialists. She still found something here she'd never found anywhere else. Cohort 3 starts soon. 15 seats left. https://go.adhdharmony.com/
🚨 15 spots left - Tracy's 6 week transformation
Let's go!
I just finished the worksheets and my Commitment Letter for Week 1 and I'm sitting with what came out of it. After losing my job of 16 years and my mom two days later, I've been "coasting" for months. But underneath that, I realized I've been in exile from my own creative center since I graduated with a theatre and film degree almost 30 years ago. My two Big Rocks: take real first steps toward a voiceover practice, and rebuild my health foundation (cardio, sleep, way less THC). No more waiting for permission. I almost removed the templated "I'm sitting with what came out of it" from my post, but then I realized that even that offers me some important perspective: Today, I can just sit with the satisfaction of having arrived here, of feeling validated through really seeing myself from a more objective viewpoint with the help of the Harmony AI. I can make some (manageable) plans. Tomorrow, the new me wakes up!
Calgon...take me away!!!
Not sure if those of you outside the US (or those of you in the US who are young) will understand the title! Did they have those commercials in other countries way back when? I had such a crazy day and got absolutely nothing done that actually needed to get done. I started out with the best of intentions. I woke up, drank water, and went outside for a walk to the beach and along the beach path. While I was on my walk, I got a call from a friend who traps cats about the cats behind my building that I feed. There is a momma cat and some kittens that are about 6–7 weeks old. There are so many stray cats all over my area, and many still need to be fixed. My friend lives too far away to come trap them herself, so she sent another friend over who lives in my community. The momma cat needs to be trapped, fixed, and returned because she’s feral. Meanwhile, we need to find a foster or rescue for the kittens so they can be socialized, vetted, and eventually adopted. It also turns out there are more momma cats and kittens two buildings down, and that building is going to be torn down soon so they can build $3.5 million townhouses. Then there are also male cats by the building next to that one who need to be fixed, too. So instead of doing everything I needed to do today, including all the stuff for Week 1 and some work things, I spent the entire day trying to figure out how many kittens are out there, looking for fosters for them (and still haven’t found any), and worrying about how we’re going to get the other cats down the street fixed and/or homed in the future. Some of you might not understand why all of this is so stressful for me, but if you’re an animal lover, you’ll get it. I’m so stressed and annoyed that I didn’t get anything done, and now I just want to veg out in front of the TV and not have to think about anything I need to do…or the cats. And my hands smell like wet cat food even though I've washed them several times. UGH!
