So, I, today, or I should say right now, I feel a little tired, a little overwhelmed. Not that much, but I started the program, CoART 3, with Harmony, ADHD Harmony, and it was the first day today, the first session, and it was quite, there was quite a bit of stuff and the information that was provided was good, but when it came down to, you know, doing the worksheets and doing the, I say in quotes, homework, it seemed like it was quite overwhelming, it looked like there was a lot of stuff to kind of go over, but it's all good. I think I'm, you know, I'm going to really get to do quite a bit of stuff, hopefully. Anyways, yeah, that's about it.
