Problem with getting AI report - Help?

Hi there, Yesterday, I submitted my answers and while the report was generating my phone screen timed out. I had to refresh the page to get the report generating again, but that doesn't seem to have worked. Since then, it tells me that my report is being generated and to please wait. It goes through the 0-100%, but never produces a report, even though yesterday I gave it a full two hours making sure to keep the page open so it wouldn't get interrupted. I've tried again today, and I'm experiencing the same thing. It goes through the 0-100% on the screen, but doesn't produce a report. Can someone help, please?
