📅 Daily Check-in - March 21, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Yesterday afternoon, coming back home, I ate something (maybe too much) and turned on the laptop because I wanted to do things I had postponed (E-mails), so I got a bit too frenzy. I wore my red glasses, but I already felt my eyes weren't fine, when I turned on the lights at sunset and then the laptop. Maybe, too much artificial light and excitement in the wrong timing, anyway, I slept badly. It seems I just don't have to use the laptop after the sunset, maybe. 📅 Daily Check-in - March 20, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Yesterday evening, I wore my red glasses (the so called "blue blocker" glasses) earlier than usual, turned off the mobile at around 8,30 pm, read some inspiring books and went to bed doing some visualization practice. I slept greatly, my eyes were fine when I woke up and I think I'm also noticing some other physical differences, but I have to check them for some days, to realize if they're connected to the time and way I go to sleep.
