My 1st "plant surgery"
šŸ“… Daily Check-in - June 30, 2026 šŸ’­ Reflection: "Yesterday, when we came back from my evening lecture, a storm was striking the city. I saw a fallen tree blocking half street and I called the emergency. When we got home, my girlfriend saw that our small apple tree had been broken and fallen, too. This morning, I spent around 1 hour trying to figure out if and how to "fix it" and I did my 1st "plant orthopedic surgery". I don't know if it'll work, but at least I tried. I'm also reading some affirmations that I'm finding very beneficial and today I kind of felt to "let go of everything", like goals, ambitions, desires... And I felt that this would be extremely helpful in order to have less inner conflicts, doubts, and receive from my body the direction that I often need and want. I'm realizing how lucky I am to have free time to follow her in this very hot month, preventing her from staying hours on public transportation in such a period, with also all the renovations that municipality is doing around the whole city. I'm grateful for having this opportunity to be a better son than I was in the past. Lots of traffic, today - but it didn't stop us!
šŸ“… Daily Check-in - June 25, 2026 šŸ’­ Reflection: "Today, the traffic was terrible, there were car crashes and we had to take a longer road, but this didn't stop us from going to the clinic for my mom. While I was waiting for her, I took the time to contact a person for a potential collaboration. In the afternoon, I also took a couple of hours to chill with some TV shows - I hadn't been doing so for a week, it was fine! Seize the day!
Hi, Everyone! Some of you already know me either through the video I filmed for Jim, or through the 1st cohort of his amazing program, or through the interactions we're currently having here in the group (most of which are so precious, for me, therefore I'm so grateful to You, People! šŸ™ā¤ļø). If you still don't know me, here's my story in some lines: I'm from Italy, 47, never had serious difficulties at school (apart from certain bad periods with mathematics, but I always made it), and I never had an idea of what ADHD really was until last year, when I saw Jim's advertisement, that actually seemed written exactly for me... Which was when I became suspicious... šŸ˜‰ That I might be in the category!!! Anyway, we could say that a diagnosis is a label, and I didn't need any, or another: what I needed was a system, and this is exactly what I found. Just with the free challenge, I found out so many things, I had so many intuitions and realizations on myself, my patterns, problems and solutions, that I didn't think twice about the opportunity to jump in the 1st cohort of the 6 weeks program and I never regretted doing so! In 3 months, I had already started what I had realized was my most important goal for 2026 (to rent a hall and give weekly free lectures, something I hadn't done for around 6 years). I realized why I had little energy and certain symptoms and what to do to prevent them. My energy level has improved, I'm eating better, living an healthier lifestyle, I'm feeling better in general. Of course, my life hasn't become perfect, I still have certain things that aren't ideal, but life in average has improved. The AI that's included in the program is simply amazing: even if you're just using the free version for the challenge, don't be lazy, answer as honestly and as thoroughly as you can, and it will really give you absolutely tailored and extremely useful answers, suggestions, etc. Don't hesitate, don't wait, don't think twice, do at least the challenge, do it even more than once, if you can't enter the program, or also if you entered it, the clarity it's going to give you will be worth all the efforts that you may need to put. I know because I've experienced it first hand and I wish to share with You the Beauty of this opportunity we've been generously given by Jim and his ability to create such an effective system!
