We’ve officially wrapped up Week 3 of the Consistency Cure Challenge, and the progress so far has been incredible.
💪 A few highlights from this week:
- is feeling muscles in her legs from all those squats she’s been putting in.
- has been stacking more back and leg workouts as suggested — building balance and strength.
- is hitting sets of 50 push-ups without resting and has already walked over 100 miles this month — closing in on 200! 🚶♂️
- is down 3 pounds already and still has a week to go — amazing progress.
This is exactly what happens when consistency stacks up day after day. 👊
