New breakfast here...egg white, spinach, and feta wrap...whole wheat wrap...15g protien and 6g fiber. With my coffee oj and yogurt And 7300 steps in before breakfast Doing my rehab work

We’ve officially wrapped up Week 3 of the Consistency Cure Challenge, and the progress so far has been incredible. 💪 A few highlights from this week: - @Wendy Nahmias is feeling muscles in her legs from all those squats she’s been putting in. - @Chris Blanschan has been stacking more back and leg workouts as suggested — building balance and strength. - @Michael Dier is hitting sets of 50 push-ups without resting and has already walked over 100 miles this month — closing in on 200! 🚶‍♂️ - @Christie Marie is down 3 pounds already and still has a week to go — amazing progress.
