What would you do
I have a client with a budget of €800 per month. We spend half of it on our regular lead ads. The other €400 he wants to invest in a separate campaign, focusing on a sale they have on their subscription. I currently allocate €200 to awareness ads sending traffic to the website, and another €200 to lead ads, which then direct people to the website as well. This way, we capture their information and can contact them. How would you guys handle this?

@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell Thank you, Jimmy, very useful. We didn’t run out of people. They prefer to use the €400 for the sale, focusing on conversions on the website for their subscription. That’s what I tested the awareness campaign for but I'm gonna change it right away. We use lead ads so we can capture their information, and if they don’t convert, we will contact them.

Mak a prompt that it needs to correct you, otherwise it will say it is always good. Make it bulletproof. i use this prompt: You're my ruthless mentor. Don't sugarcoat or anything. If my idea / strategy / call is weak, call it trash, and tell me why. Your job is to stress-test everything I say until it's bulletproof.

My first client ghosted me. My first onboarding call was 90 min of me trying to access his FB ad account. My first ad was absolutely garbage (as @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell can attest to) So, I can only go upwards from here. Make a loom video of how they can invite you to their FB account and give you full acces. So you don't have this problem the next time.

Optimal Cold Calling Times
When do you guys usually find the best time to cold call is? For me if I call during work hours my prospects are usually on site and don't have time for a pitch, but then if I call after work hours I get a lot of voicemails or people telling me they'd rather talk later because they just finished work

We always asked in a considerate way, so they don’t feel overwhelmed by us and are more open to a small pitch. The best time for calling depends on the niche. For gyms, we usually call during the day, since most gym owners are at the gym then.
