Is this the cleanest SMMA stack for scaling past ā¬15k/month?
Quick question for those running SMMA teams at scale: Right now my stack is planned to look like this: ⢠GHL ā sales pipeline, follow-ups, upsells ⢠ClickUp ā project management (tasks, SOPs, pipelines) ⢠Slack ā team communication ⢠Hubstaff ā time tracking Goal = clean separation between sales and delivery + scalable systems for VAs. Does this setup make sense long-term, or am I overcomplicating / missing something critical? Curious what you guys are using once you hit ā¬10kāā¬30k/month range.
