The hardest part of running an SMMA isn't always getting clients.
It's keeping delivery organized once you have them. A simple setup that's helped me: drive.google.com - client assets, reports, and files floment.ai - projects, tasks, deadlines, and what's actually being worked on chatgpt.com - brainstorming ads, hooks, and solving random problems The biggest difference was giving every client a clear “what's happening next” instead of letting tasks disappear into DMs and chat threads. Curious how you guys manage delivery once you're juggling multiple clients?
