Optimal Cold Calling Times
When do you guys usually find the best time to cold call is? For me if I call during work hours my prospects are usually on site and don't have time for a pitch, but then if I call after work hours I get a lot of voicemails or people telling me they'd rather talk later because they just finished work

@Riley Huang like 3-6m of just pitching (explaining the service)? btw i've found that if you tell the GK that a collegue from (their city) left you their number to speak with (owner name) for "some information" they usually always let you in as it sounds like a referral from the gatekeeper side. when i cold called contractors 70-80% of pick ups where the owner, so not many GK, now in real estate is more like 90% GK. the key is follow up, everyday i start my calls with the followups, i sometimes follow up 7-8 times before actually speaking to the DM and booking the call but it's worth it what niche you in btw?

Skype alternatives
before it was possible to obtain a virtual phone number over skype, however as skype is now shut down, the only option I know that still exist is gohighlevel. But to get for example an uk phone number, you have to have a business registered in that respective country Therefore I wanted to ask whether you guys know an alternative way to get virtual phone numbers to coldcall that are somewhat similar price wise to skype

Would love to hear your thoughts
just curious to learn how other agency owners handle this.. What's the most annoying but necessary task in your agency that - sucks up all your (or your team's) time - or even blocks you from scaling and that you sometimes wish could just take care of itself? sharing ideas might help all of us save time. no pressure, just curious to hear what works for you!

at the moment appointment setting, mainly bc i don't have enough cash to reinvest in a proper email system / setters, so i'm currently dialing 2-3 hours a day to set 2-3 meetings a day, which is a lot of time and energy, but it's the best method i have in my arsenal at the moment..
How to get paid after closing the client?
Hey people, I had a problem that happened twice with prospects in sales calls, actually when i close the deal and they decide to move forward, i typically ask them to create a wise account and then send the payment to my account which first creates a lot of friction that i don't like and second twice it had errors in a way that it takes 24h to let them to send me money or to get their accounts verified for some reason which had lost me yesterday a 1200$ deal just because it said it takes a day to be able to make the transaction. The problem is that stripe is not supported in my country, so i had to work with wise and sometimes skrill which i don'f think it's the best option to scale since i feel like i'm missing a key part i close which is the hard part and then struggle to get the money on my pocket. I'm thinking about starting to ask for card details or just get an LLC in USA and make a mercury account or smth and start getting wire transfers. I truly need help since i have sales calls loading and i have to make a solution to this, lmk guys what's the best way and how are you taking money after closing

@Piyush Pandey very simple, sign up (takes 5-10m) create a payment link (set price and other variables), send the payment link to your client. it's basically the same as stripe (a payment processor), but it's a bit easier to get started with, fees are slightly lower, accounts almost never get blocked etc.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsJDMlse0oE&pp=ygUdaG93IHRvIHVzZSB3aG9wIHBheW1lbnQgbGlua3M%3D
