Onboarding Non tech savvy clients

Got a client that keeps getting about every third charge flagged. He just launched, they're around $6 now, any way to preemptivelystop this

Ad account disabled, payment method Funds have been added card has been verified Ads cannot run because 'account has a balance' No balance to be paid Now facebook says no restriction Anyone? @Pauline Mitchell
