I have a big opportunity and have no idea what to charge have a prospect making 300-500k a year all organic door I door networking to aquire l clients wants more time freedoms to spend with his family. He works with cities to help make their programs profitible like downtime markets etc Fractional economic development He makes 80k plus and over per project. I told him Can help him create outbound channels vsl cold dm or email system maybe organic content to get more projects he has and apointments to systemaitcly while he sleeps. He has 10-13 clients currently. Fear is hiring an employee who will steal his network and steal his contacts. Was thinking maybe 3 packages but unsure what to charge for this level Maybe a 20k 3 month pif? Or 8k a month 90 day minimum engagement. What is your recommendation

Lead Generation Outreach
Started my agency last month, and my outreach is cold call as it’s the fastest way to get a client. Been struggling to get a client to book a sales call with me. Can anyone tell me things they’ve done to be able to book a call? How many a calls a day and etc? Lead gen or Appointment setting
We purely do lead gen rn. We are considering an upsell to have appointment setting aswell, just want any feedback on having this as an option rather than a main service. Any advice is welcome 🙌
What is the avarage time your client stays with you?
I'm interested to know and see what is the average time that a client stays with somebody to see if I'm doing good with my client or not. What is the average time or the optimal time for a client to stay with you for service providers that are doing, for example, ads and just lead generation & appointments?
