My first client ghosted me. My first onboarding call was 90 min of me trying to access his FB ad account. My first ad was absolutely garbage (as @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell can attest to) So, I can only go upwards from here. When do you guys usually find the best time to cold call is? For me if I call during work hours my prospects are usually on site and don't have time for a pitch, but then if I call after work hours I get a lot of voicemails or people telling me they'd rather talk later because they just finished work

just curious to learn how other agency owners handle this.. What's the most annoying but necessary task in your agency that - sucks up all your (or your team's) time - or even blocks you from scaling and that you sometimes wish could just take care of itself? sharing ideas might help all of us save time. no pressure, just curious to hear what works for you!
