Paid Ads tips needed!!!

So i have spent $3200 on paid ads to get leads for my own agency ( Residential painting niche), I have only made back $2800 from it. I have done it for the past 6 months (Obviously i paused the ads sometimes)

I had $30/daily for the adset. Got a shit ton of leads but they were all extremely poor quality (Solo traders who just wanted free work or didn't have money to invest or didn't even speak english).

I added 3 qualifiying questions in the instant form but kept getting the same kind of people.

Do you own a painting business?
Do you have any intentions of growing it?
Are you able to invest Money into marketing your business?

These are my the current ads, Any suggestions on what i could change? Maybe put myself infront of the camera? or hire some dude to talk? any tips would be helpful
