@Usra Shah after I read your post I had to look it up too. Yes, lots of health benefits and sounds yummy! I wonder if we carry it somewhere here? We have lots of Asian markets on Oahu. 🤔
🛒 Costco Haul: High-Protein, Macro-Friendly & Family-Approved
This week’s Costco haul was all about staying aligned with nutrition goals while keeping things realistic for busy family life. Into the cart went: • 🐔 Grilled chipotle seasoned chicken (easy high-protein meals) finally we have it in the Midwest Costcos!!! • 🥣 Magic Spoon cereal (13g protein, 0g sugar) • 🍵 Bone broth packets (quick protein boost) • 🍎 Envy apples THE FREAKING GOAT • 🥕 Rainbow carrots • 🥬 microgreens (forgot to take a pic) • 🥒 Persian cucumbers (I didn’t get berries since we are still pretty stocked with that) When fat loss is the goal, I’m not chasing perfection — I’m designing my environment. My filter is simple: • High protein • High fiber • Quick prep • Family-friendly • Helps prevent impulse snacking Quick question for the BBB community: would we love a dedicated Grocery Haul category asking @Darren Liu or should we just loop this in with Recipe category?? Think Costco finds, Trader Joe’s runs, Amazon finds, macro-friendly swaps, and budget protein picks. Drop a YES below and tell me where I should shop next! 💪🛒

🏝️ Close your eyes and imagine this with me...
It's 6AM. You wake up and open the curtains. In front of you is the beautiful blue waters of the Andaman Sea. You wash down a large cup of water with electrolytes. You go to the kitchen and greet your new friends over a coffee. I'm one of those friends ☺️ You put on your walking shoes and go for a 30-minute walk with the gang. You come back to a spread of eggs, turkey bacon, fruit, protein shakes, and more coffee. You're not sure how to track the food, but good thing I'm there to show you exactly how. You go back to your room for some personal time. 11AM hits, and I'm waiting in the gym to show you how to properly train (finally 😆) We head to the sauna after, and we share our goals and dreams. We do a mobility session together and rest for a few hours. It's 6PM, and dinner is served. Your meal is optimized for your calorie and macro goals + you get a side of bone broth 🤩 We end the night with a short but sweet lesson on how to optimize your sleep. You head to bed, and we do it again tomorrow. So... I actually had the pleasure of taking part in an experience like this last year on the beautiful island of Koh Samui at a luxury called Villa Solana. I became good friends with the honorable guests there, including three Miss Universe Thailand's 😉 (how lucky am I) and one of the top Thai female fitness influencers (@befitwithjess). There's really nothing like a 3-day unplugging getaway where your main focus is yourself... but with an awesome support system to top it off. Raise your hand if you'd want to experience this 🙋🏽✋

Finally using walking pad
It’s been windy, raining, flood watch, high surf warning here since Saturday. For all islands and I haven’t been able to go out and walk. Started to get fussy and I could hear Darren saying to keep moving. I’ve struggled with using my walking pad…. feeling weird on it but I told myself to suck it up buttercup and just use the dang thing. So put my timer on and walked for 15 minutes. Then I did it again 2X at different times. It wasn’t so bad once I got my rhythm going. Anyway I ended up with 8300 steps. For me that felt like a win since I’ve been fighting with myself to use it. 🙄🙃

@Darren Liu 😂🤣
Little changes, real progress
After changing to a daily walking routine, I’ve started to really enjoy walking after work — quiet time, moving my body, and staying with myself. That consistency is carrying over into my training. When I train now, I’ve started noticing small muscles forming around my stomach. Nothing extreme — just subtle changes that make me feel proud. It reminds me that showing up daily, even in simple ways, really does build something over time ✨
