Little changes, real progress
After changing to a daily walking routine,
I’ve started to really enjoy walking after work —
quiet time, moving my body, and staying with myself.
That consistency is carrying over into my training.
When I train now, I’ve started noticing small muscles forming around my stomach.
Nothing extreme — just subtle changes that make me feel proud.
It reminds me that showing up daily, even in simple ways, really does build something over time ✨
