✨ Glow Reset Detox Salad ✨
Eat your skincare. Feed your cells. Support elimination gently. Ingredients (1 large bowl / 2 servings): • 2 cups finely chopped red cabbage • 1 cup diced cucumber • 1 cup shredded or finely diced carrot (about 2 medium carrots) • 1 ripe avocado, diced • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley Dressing: • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil • Juice of 1/2–1 lemon • Optional: pinch of sea salt Instructions: 1. Add cabbage, carrot, cucumber, parsley, blueberries, and pomegranate to a large bowl. 2. Gently fold in diced avocado last so it stays chunky. 3. Whisk olive oil and lemon juice together. 4. Pour over salad and mix lightly. 5. Add a small pinch of sea salt if desired. This is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, hydration, healthy fats, and fiber to support liver function, skin glow, and gentle detox pathways. Simple. Raw. Functional. 💚

Day 6 of fast for me
So yesterday I woke up on the last day of fast and was so physically weak and mentally tired . That was a bit surprising as the day before I was strangely with energy and I was at this point on water . I panicked a bit cause I had a busy day . Driving to see my daughter helping her as she had surgery ( carpal tunnel surgery) and staying overnight taking her to her post op surgery appointment ( which I’m doing today ) . So I made the decision to juice watermelon in the am , well Eric did it for me cause my legs were like rubber to weak to stand almost and I was to lightheaded. I first drank electrolyte water , then the watermelon juice , felt less lightheaded and weak I then got on my vibration plate and what a game changer . I felt less weak in my legs and was able to stand normal. I jumped in shower . Started to get dressed and then oh no off to the bathroom. My bowels were reacting to the juice .So I was a bit delayed getting on road cause of that . But I juiced the rest of the day . There is a place near my daughter that sells cold pressed juices . I ordered from there and continued the day on juices. Slept over doing the 3 hour mp3 that Leo led recently. That was a tough one to do again . But my channel is often more clear during these fasts . I was fighting not falling asleep . Just getting up now as I’m writing this . Going to take her to doctor . Then I’m going home in late afternoon early evening . I’m continuing today on juice as i want to be home when I introduce food back ( to be near bathroom in case ) or maybe stay juicing over weekend . It would be great if I could do water fast over the weekend . Keep the momentum going . But I am loosing weight and that’s ok but my clothes are starting to get too big and I can’t be replacing my clothes yet again after the first amount of weight I lost . But I certainly can afford to loose the weight . I’m not underweight for my height😂 . Anyway I missed the last check-in cause I was driving and wanted to concentrate on that as I was feeling better than when I woken but still a bit off .

Today is Day 5 🙌🏽🙌🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 Some of you chose to transition from juicing into water fasting. Some of you have continued juicing. And some of you have completed your fast and begun re-nourishing. Whatever choice you made, trust that it was the right one for your body. There is no “better” way here. Listening to yourself is the work. Take a moment to acknowledge how far you’ve come. Five days of commitment, awareness, and self-leadership is something to feel proud of. 💛 Check in with us below: - How are you feeling today? - Where are you in your fast right now? - Still juicing? - Water fasting? - Or have you completed your fast and started re-feeding? @JoJo Light i have a feeling i will be doing more of the fasting! 🤩 As a way to assist my body to let go of more hidden issues alot faster. Now i am more comfortable with it and my body isn't freaking out haha.
🌿 Day 2 Detox Check-In
Today is about observing, not pushing. Your body is already responding. Day 2 is where things either start moving… or resisting a little. 1️⃣ Body signals Take a moment and notice: - Headache or head pressure? - Fatigue or waves of energy? - Nausea, bloating, gas, or cramping? - Body aches, lower back, or liver area tenderness? - Skin reactions (breakouts, itchiness, warmth)? 👉 None of these are “bad.” They’re feedback. 2️⃣ Digestion & elimination Answer honestly: - Did you have a bowel movement today? If yes: was it easy, loose, firm, dark, light? If no: any urge, pressure, or gurgling? - Any mucus, strong smell, or unusual color? This tells us how well things are actually moving out, not just circulating. 3️⃣ What you put in today Quick recap: - What did you drink first thing? - Any juices, smoothies, teas? - Any solid foods? - Anything that felt heavy, irritating, or surprisingly comforting? Your body gives clues fast. Pay attention to what felt supportive. 4️⃣ Nervous system check Day 2 often stirs this. - Feeling calm, emotional, flat, irritated, weepy, or restless? - Any old thoughts looping? - Any urge to stop, snack, or “escape” the cleanse? This is usually subconscious resistance releasing, not hunger. 5️⃣ Hydration - Are you thirsty or forcing fluids? - Any dry mouth, dark urine, or dizziness? Sometimes we need minerals more than water. 6️⃣ Support today Based on how you feel, today is for: - Gentle movement (walking, stretching) - Warmth (tea, hot shower) - Rest if needed - Not adding intensity unless your body clearly wants it No proving anything today. ✨ Intention for Day 2 “Today I allow my body to communicate clearly, and I respond with care, not force.” Reply back and tell me: - Top 3 symptoms (or none) - Bowels yes or no - Energy level out of 10

Bowel movement yes, started with turmeric, ginger, lemon water. I couldn't face green juices first thing, as i had my nausea/being sick fear come up the last bit i drank the day before. Was tired actually, so went back to bed. Got up really fancied pineapple juice. During that, had some realisations, had a cry. Felt better. Had some veg juice. Having more pineapple juice will mp3 now, for letting go. Resistance today but got it all moving in the end. Also resistance around a difficult topic. Physically i dont think my cells are panicking about the fast this time. But has there was resistance to start and some more today. Almost feel like old eat disorders was blocking me having juices straight away. I did lot of releasing traumas before the juice cleanse started. I dont want to push myself to far where my cells panick again. Id rather stop in a few hours to reinforce my ability to juice fast and my body to feel safe with it. Potentially i may do 3 days next time. But i will try to not intergrate so much already before the next juice cleanse. I think i overwhelmed myself. And got stubborn to feel safe or something.

Today we begin the juice fast. This first day is about setting the tone and noticing how your body responds when digestion is simplified. How did you start your day today? What did you drink first? What are you noticing in your body, energy, or mood so far? There’s no need to analyze or fix anything. Just observe and report what’s present. This helps create awareness as the fast unfolds. Keep juices simple, stay hydrated, and rest more than usual. We’ll continue adjusting and supporting as we move through the days.

Yesterday i had massive resistance to doing the juice fast. But today i followed the day 1 guidelines Glass of water, Then the Morning Hydration Juice. Some of the green mineral juice. Watermelon 🍉 juice. I have been ok, cleared my womb area a bit, rested after. Need to cut contracts with an ex friend thats coming up, Feel only feel a bit hungry now at the end of the day. Not sure if it's because im due to let her go. Or i just need to have more fluids. Maybe both lol
