Today is about observing, not pushing.
Your body is already responding. Day 2 is where things either start moving… or resisting a little.
1️⃣ Body signals
Take a moment and notice:
- Headache or head pressure?
- Fatigue or waves of energy?
- Nausea, bloating, gas, or cramping?
- Body aches, lower back, or liver area tenderness?
- Skin reactions (breakouts, itchiness, warmth)?
👉 None of these are “bad.” They’re feedback.
2️⃣ Digestion & elimination
Answer honestly:
- Did you have a bowel movement today? If yes: was it easy, loose, firm, dark, light? If no: any urge, pressure, or gurgling?
- Any mucus, strong smell, or unusual color?
This tells us how well things are actually moving out, not just circulating.
3️⃣ What you put in today
Quick recap:
- What did you drink first thing?
- Any juices, smoothies, teas?
- Any solid foods?
- Anything that felt heavy, irritating, or surprisingly comforting?
Your body gives clues fast. Pay attention to what felt supportive.
4️⃣ Nervous system check
Day 2 often stirs this.
- Feeling calm, emotional, flat, irritated, weepy, or restless?
- Any old thoughts looping?
- Any urge to stop, snack, or “escape” the cleanse?
This is usually subconscious resistance releasing, not hunger.
5️⃣ Hydration
- Are you thirsty or forcing fluids?
- Any dry mouth, dark urine, or dizziness?
Sometimes we need minerals more than water.
6️⃣ Support today
Based on how you feel, today is for:
- Gentle movement (walking, stretching)
- Warmth (tea, hot shower)
- Rest if needed
- Not adding intensity unless your body clearly wants it
No proving anything today.
