Day 11/21
I did the ab circuit workout. I had Caesar salad and wagyu steak today , it was absolutely delicious. I also made a creamy shredded chicken veggie soup (mushrooms/celery/broccoli/carrots/onions) with chicken broth and protein milk (I found protein milk at Kroger) as the base and it turned out incredible! (See video) Water intake was good. Finally feeling better. Can’t wait to get back to TCF on Monday!!!!

Day 3
✅ - holiday 5 is steadily decreasing from 137.4 on Day 1 to 137.0 lbs to 136.2. Day 4 is off to a great start!
Day 1 and 2
So far so good! Working on losing the "Holidays 5" with my starting weight at 137.4 yesterday. Down to 137.0 lbs today. Protein, workouts, whole foods, and water goals ✅ . Started both days with Lemon Water + Pink Salt, and had ginger-tumeric tea both days.

I'm too scared to step on the scale right now but I'm in, and will be back at TCF Jan 5!
8 lbs lost and 5 inches off waist!
Just checking in with the final measurements I’ve been tracking! (In addition to weight, my starting waist was 96cm and ended with 83cm (13cm/5inches lost). Honestly, this was one of the hardest months for me. Between submitting my final PhD dissertation two weeks ago, prepping for my defense, grading what felt like endless projects and papers for my WSU grad students (the largest class I’ve had in 6 years of teaching), navigating school and life issues/events for my 7 and 11-year-old kids, managing my psychotherapy practice, building a new business, and the rest of life...adding yet another thing would have seemed crazy, but I tried to set my mind on this not being "another task" but more of an anchor to keep me going. Having a new workout to look forward to every day and tracking my daily changes kept me grounded through all this. As @Andre Kzirian always says, it's truly all about your mindset!
